Está usted invitado a la reunión anual de Titulo I.

El 25 de Agosto, 2016 a las 8:30 a.m. en el auditorio.

163: Office 365 Survey

LAUSD recently moved all email and calendar to the cloud as Office 365.  Do you like the cloud-based Outlook?  Do you find it easier to use?  Would you say that it saves you time or helps you stay organized during your day?  If so, the LAUSD would like to hear your success story!  Please take a few moments to share your experience by sending an email to CloudSuccess@lausd.net with the following points:  Your role in the District, which devices you use to access Outlook, your story and/or favorite feature, how much time you think you save each day, and whether LAUSD may call you to follow up.  If you have any questions, you may visit the Office 365 website at htttp://achieve.lausd.net/newemail or call them at (213) 241-5200.

161: Final Report Cards

Final Report Cards are being printed when Teacher Grades Verification Reports are approved.  Please send your report cards home on the last day of school.  If students are absent, please place the report card in an envelope ready to be mailed by the office.  Copies need to be placed in each student's cumulative records.  See Ms. Gomez if you have any questions.

160: Textbooks Update

Ms. Najera and the rest of the Teacher Assistants will begin textbooks inventory on Monday, June 1, 2015.  Please make sure that all textbooks are placed on a table ready for them to be scanned.  Once all textbooks have been scanned, Ms. Najera will sign your Closing Bulletin and you may put away your textbooks in a closet.  You will also be receiving (if you have not already) all student consumables that we have received.  See Ms. Najera if you have any questions.

159: Technology equipment

All technology equipment (Laptops, iPads, Document Readers, Elmo's, and Projectors) will be collected today, Monday, June 1, 2015 during Recess, Lunch, and after school.  Please tag your equipment.  All equipment will be distributed back to you for the 2015-2016 school year.  If you have a malfunctioning equipment, please let us know by filling out the Equipment Inventory Form and submitting it at the time you return your equipment.  See Mr. Gonzalez if you have any questions.

158: Reorganization Forms

Reorganization for the 2015-2016 school year will take place in the Summer.  In MiSiS we have to configure and follow many more procedures than when we used to use the SIS blue legacy screen.  Due to our Dual Language Program, most students will be placed automatically because of their participation or none participation.  However, classes in 3rd, 4th, and 5th will be given the opportunity to have input. One thing to keep in mind is that Master Plan supercedes all other requests.  A form will be placed in your box.  Please follow the steps in order to remain compliant with District policies.  Once you have completed the form with your grade level teams, return the form to the CP Office.  All requests will be taken into consideration.  See Mr. Gonzalez if you have any questions.

LSS 48 Reclassification updates

Please note that District has been reclassifying students centrally if they qualify.  My SUGGESTION is to review Master Plan Rosters that were distributed last week to see if any students have changed from LEP to RFEP (I am reviewing rosters as well).  Also, students in grades 6-8 will be taking the Scholastic Reading Inventory (SRI) test in February.  This test will be used instead of the CST or EPA to meet the assessment criteria for reclassification.

The SRI is a research-based, computer-adaptive reading assessment program that measures students' level of reading comprehension and reports it using the Lexile Framework for Reading.  Ish will be attending a training on Wednesday to update you on all the details.

LSS 47: MISIS UPDATES

MISIS has added changes to the student profile screen.  The SSID (Statewide Student ID) number now displays directly below the students' district ID. REVISED LSS 45: GRADES & REPORT CARDS UPDATES (12/2/14)

E-mail LSS 45 has been revised. The revised section is noted in RED.

Unfortunately, the request to re-open the grading window for Logan in order to input grades for those students that were missing grades due to all the issues with MiSiS has been denied by the District .  Therefore, you will not be responsible for inputting grades into MiSiS for those students that were not in the system as stated in LSS 40.  However, grades must still be inputted.  Therefore, please provide me (via e-mail) with a list of names of students that need grades to be inputted into MiSiS. I will provide you with a carbon paper report card for you to write the grades for those students on the list.  Please fill them out and return to me by Friday, December 12, 2014.  NOTE:  If you have filled out report cards based on copies of online report cards that I have provided to you in the past, please submit them so you do not have to rewrite them again.  See me if you have any questions.

Dual Language Teachers, please do the same as above if you missed inputting Spanish grades.  Therefore, if a student is missing grades in both programs (English & Spanish), please note it on the e-mail.

Thank you all for your patience.  Please do not hesitate to see me or call me at (323) 807-8071 if you have any questions.

Ish will compile all answers and present them at the SSC meeting.

A parent letter has been provided by the District to send home (ON A NEED BASIS) to inform them of Ebola.  If you do get parents questioning our stand on this issue, please send them to the office.  They will be provided with that letter by our nurse or office staff.  Thanks.

1) In order to ensure meeting appropriate deadlines, please submit your field trip request to the CP Office four weeks in advance.  The field trip request is found under resources on our web page.  Fill it out online and print it.

3)  The confirmation e-mail will ask you to fill out a Lunch Request Form that is also found online under resources.  This Lunch Request Form must be submitted to cafeteria no later than three weeks before a field trip in order to secure lunches.  Cafeteria will not be responsible for not having decent lunches if the lunch form is not submitted on time.

LSS 31: New ELD Standards Correction

This message is to correct the last piece of information you received at the ELD Professional Development.  You were told that all items are the same for each grade level except for the Common Core State Standards noted on the right side of section 1.  This is actually partially wrong.  It is true that in section 1 the CCSS are grade specific.  However, please note the following important update:

In section 2 you have your PROFICIENCY LEVELS.  Remember that they are (Emerging, Expanding, and Bridging).  The modes are on the side and the strands for each mode are numbered.  These are the same for every grade level.  HOWEVER, the ELD STANDARDS under each strand is GRADE LEVEL SPECIFIC.  I wrongly informed you that they did not change when Mr. Lopez asked this question.  I have been corrected by District.  The standards are specific to each grade level.

In the next part (session 2) of the ELD PD, we will review these in depth.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to see me in the CP Office.

LSS 30: Room 33 Reservation

Due to unforeseen events, we had to move the Book Fair to the Library.  By doing so, we had to ask Gabriella to allow us to use the Library during their scheduled time.  Gabriella kindly, and without hesitation, gave up their Library time allowing us to have the Library the whole week for the Book Fair.  Nevertheless, they were short in room space for one of their classes that is scheduled in the Library.  As a result, we (Logan Lead Team) agreed for Gabriella to use room 33 during our scheduled time on Wednesday and Thursday.  I saw nothing scheduled in room 33 this week (I believe because we have parent conferences), but I could have missed something.  If you did plan to use room 33, please make accommodations.  If you need assistance, please see us (Mr. Medina or I) so we can help you.

LSS 29: MiSiS Operation Hours

Please remember that we were sent a letter by MiSiS informing us that MiSiS is shut down in order to update the system every night from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Note that all of the data that was inputted during the shut down time was not saved and lost. Therefore, my suggestion is for everyone to stop working/inputting information in MiSiS at 8:00 p.m.  When you input in the late evening, make sure to check on the following day to see if the information was saved.

LSS 28: Interim Assessments Update

Note that the principal sent out a message last week saying to submit Math Interim Assessments.  The tool to use was created by Ms. Ramillano.  Please transfer all scores into this tool and submit to the Principal no later than Friday, November 10, 2014.  This sheet will also be added to our resources online page.

Do not throw any assessments away.  We will be reviewing those at a future PD.  However, you do not have to wait until we meet to begin using the information to guide your instruction.

Regarding our ELA and other assessments, I am in plans with another teacher volunteer who will be providing us with a different tool.  If there are volunteers for the science and social studies/history, please let me know.  You guys are amazing!

LSS 27: Grading Updates

This e-mail is to remind you that your grading window opens tomorrow, Thursday, October 30, 2014.  Please input all grades into MiSiS.  Your Teacher Verification Form Reports are due to Mr. Medina on Wednesday, November 5, 2014.  All three reports (Academics, Work & Study Habits, and Learning & Social Skills) must be printed and signed.

Also, the District has postponed the MiSiS grade book implementation.  So, the MS inputting of grades that was supposed to begin in January for MS teachers is no longer valid.  No further date was given for implementation.  We will keep you updated.

For MS grading procedures, please see Ms. Rubalcava.  Thanks!

LSS 26: Field Trip Process

This e-mail is to facilitate the process for field trip requests.  Field trips are under categorical guidelines plus safety protocols through various District policies.  Therefore, please note that if you follow these steps, you will, not only be compliant, but ensure that you receive all necessary lunches, slips, and buses on time.  In addition, this e-mail serves as my evidence that everyone at Logan has been informed of the appropriate procedures for field trips.  In case of any audit related to field trips (Title I, Financial, LACOE, and Operations), they will be provided with this e-mail that everyone was informed.

1) In order to ensure meeting appropriate deadlines, please submit your field trip request to the CP Office four weeks in advance.  The field trip request is found under resources on our web page.  Fill it out online and print it.

2) Once you submit the application, I verify funding and appropriate completion for auditing purposes.  Then, I submit to Principal for approval.  Once the Principal has approved the field trip, I will send you a confirmation e-mail.

4)  Finally, when all steps have been followed, I will prepare a packet for you that includes the following:
     -A confirmation notice
     -A Bus Registration Number
-An Office Record Form that must be given to office on day of trip
     -Field Trip Slips

NOTE:  I will also give you a field trip emergency roster that must be provided to the bus driver on the day of the trip. Thanks to our Principal who found a way to do this on MiSiS, teachers will no longer have to do this.  It will be printed for you by me. :)

Also, teachers going on Walking Trips, trips paid by grants, or independent trips that require lunches need to submit applications four weeks in advance.  All trips, unless coming back on time for your lunch cycle, need lunches.  Students may not be asked to bring lunches.  Therefore, if the grant or field trip place is not providing lunches, please ensure to meet deadlines.

Please see me if you have any questions.

LSS 25: Interim Assessments Update

The due date for the Interim Assessments for mathematics is being extended by the Principal.  So now, the math and ELA interim assessments will be due on Friday, October 24, 2014.  Please hold on to the assessments.  DO NOT turn them in once completed.  During the week, you will receive more information regarding scoring inputting and submission.  See me if you have any questions.

LSS 24: Report Cards & Grade inputting

The grading window for elementary has just opened.  All grades need to be inputted in to MISIS.  Please do not panic.  I have attached the JOB AID for this task.  The JOB AID shows you, step-by-step and with pictures, how to input grades.  On Monday or Tuesday, I will also send out the JOB AID to print a Teacher Grades Verification Report. All Teacher Verification Forms will be due to the Principal on Wednesday, November 5, 2014.

Also, please note that ELD portfolios are due in my office on Monday, October 27, 2014.  With the exception of Kinder teachers, all of you should have a completed set of ELD portfolios.  Kinder teachers will receive the rest of their portfolios by Tuesday, October 21, 2014.  The final grades on the ELD portfolios domains are the ones that need to be transferred to the report card.  This grading period, all ELD grades will be checked for matching.  Grades on the ELD section of the report cards should match the final grades on the ELD portfolio.  Therefore, this means that ELD PORTFOLIOS SHOULD BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOU INPUT GRADES ON THE REPORT CARD FOR THE ELD SECTION.

Remember that there should be a minimum of three work samples this period. (There should be one for the Listening/Speaking domain, one for the Reading domain, and one for the Writing domain.)  All work sample evidences should have an ELD label affixed to them.  I will be placing ELD Labels in the box in the office labeled ELD Labels.  Only take what you need. There will always be more for you to use.

Please don't hesitate to see me, e-mail me, or call me if you have any questions.  I am here to support you.  If you encounter any difficulties, I will be there to guide you, so come to the office and don't be shy!

LSS 22: Dibels next & TRC Testing

According to the new reference guide release by our District, Text Reading Comprehension (TRC) will not be utilized this school year for upper grade students.  However, it will be used in the 2015-2016 school year for all upper grade students who are benchmark in DIBELS.  Training is available for DIBELS and TRC.  It is highly recommended that 4th and 5th grade teachers attend the training.  Training schedules are found at the following link:

For the 2014-2015, English Learners (EL) and Students With Disabilities (SWD) will be required to take DIBELs in all grades K-5.  They will be assessed with Middle of Year (MOY) and End of Year (EOY).

LSS 21: Teacher Initiated Transfer Program

According to MEM-6393.0, the new application filing window for the Teacher Initiated Transfer Program is now available.  Applications may be filed at any time and are active from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015.  Applications may be downloaded from the Human Resources website at: http://www.teachinla.com.  At the website click on HR Forms, under the Placement and Assignments section and print form (HR-7761) Teacher Initiated Transfer Application 2014-15.

All appropriately credentialed District Intern, probationary or permanent teachers are eligible to apply to any school in the District where the transfer will not adversely affect the Bilingual Master Plan needs of the receiving or sending school or disrupt the instructional program needs of the sending school.

LSS 20: Interim Assessments #1

Please click the link below and utilize your LAUSD single sign-on to access the interim assessments:

Note that grades K-3 are posted. Grades 4-5 should have been posted, but keep checking if they are not.  Interim Assessment #1 is due October 31, 2014.  Blueprints for the IAs are found at this link:http://achieve.lausd.net/Page/6138.

LSS 19: Choices information

The CHOICES/OPCIONES applications are out.  A postcard was mailed to al parents by the District to make them aware and share information about the process.  District will also send out Blackboard Connect messages informing them about the application window that ends on November 14, 2014.  As a staff member, you may get questions regarding this program.  We are strongly suggesting to refer all questions to the CP Office.  We can't prevent parents from choosing to attend another school, but we want the parents to make informed decisions.

Logan is a wonderful school!  I know we all agree because we are all working here and are part of the Logan family.  I don't think anyone would be here, suffering, if they believed different.  However we want our parents to also know, that even though we are not a magnet school, Logan has wonderful educational opportunities, great and dedicated staff, amazing partners whom we have built a working relationship with, top of the line programs we support (Dual Language, Arts, Music, Drill Team, Sports, etc.), and ample opportunities for parent involvement.  So, sell our school! Feel proud of what you do here at Logan! Together we make this school the best in Los Angeles (in California)!

Have a great weekend.  We might have concerns, what school doesn't, but we are a family and are in this together!

LSS 18: Missing LCFF Household income forms

Please note that it is extremely important that you assist us with the collection of the LCFF Household Income Forms.  These forms must be submitted to District no later than October 17, 2014.  LCFF gives money to school Districts based on the needs of students.  The higher percentage of students with a form, the more money we get.  Every form counts!  Every uncollected form equals lost resources to support our schools.  Below are the numbers of students per teacher that have not returned the form:

-Aronow (2)
-Choy (11)
-Medina (10)
-Gonzalez (5)
-Garza (4)
-Olvera (2)
-Ramillano (4)
-Goya (8)
-Trevino (2)
-Farina (5)
-Khou (2)
-Alger (13)
-Zamora (1)
-Lopez (1)
-Hancock (2)
-Obregon (10)
-Munoz (9)
-Van Winkle (7)

If possible, please call parents and encourage them to return the application.  If you need my assistance in speaking to any student you feel is not taking this application seriously, please send them to the CP Office on Monday (I will not be in tomorrow).  Thank you for everything you do.  You guys are awesome!

LSS 17: las links testing updates

As mentioned at the beginning of the year, the District will require several new tests for some/all students.  The new tests are DIBELS Next, LAS LINKS, and LAS LINKS ESPAÑOL.  We already know that our school will be participating in DIBELS NEXT.  This test will specially be important for EL students as this will be one of the criteria to reclassify.  However, it is with great pleasure that I inform you that LOGAN SPAN has not been selected to participate in LAS LINKS and LAS LINKS ESPAÑOL this school year.  We are not part of year 1 phase in.  We will not have to test LAS LINKS until the 2015-2016 school year. CELEBRATION!

LSS 16: 16th De Septiembre celebration update

LSS 15: Picture Day Information

Picture Day is scheduled to occur on Monday, September 22, 2014 in the auditorium.  Please note that the flyers were placed in your mailboxes.  Please distribute the flyers (with prices included) to the students.  Make sure students understand that they are to bring the envelope on Picture Day if they will be purchasing a picture package.

On Friday, September 19th, students will receive a small brochure to remind parents about Picture Day.  All students, whether buying a package or not will be photographed in order to come out in the composite picture.  In addition, we will receive pictures to paste on cumulative record cards, and a CD to download pictures to MISIS (DON'T ASK!).

Finally, our official 2014-2015 staff id pictures will be taken on this date.  Please make sure to stop by the auditorium on Monday the 22nd to have your id picture taken.  All staff are required to wear their school badges.  There will be no auditorium schedule for Picture Day.  Parent volunteers will walk to your classroom to inform you that it is your class' turn for pictures.  PLEASE be flexible.

You play an important role in generating Picture Day awareness, so please read the teacher check list that was placed in your boxes.  I thank you for your support and appreciate your assistance with this event.  SMILE FOR THE CAMERA!  :)

LSS 14: CELDT Testing Update

This e-mail is to remind you about CELDT procedures and the importance of following through with them.  And even though there are certain rules/procedures when it comes to testing that don't make sense, we have to comply with them because it is part of our job and our responsibility.  So far, there have been no problems with CELDT until today.

First, let me remind you that at the faculty meeting I informed everyone that CELDT tests were to be picked up in the morning.  This has been no problem (even when CELDT are picked up at a later time).  I also informed you that you had to return CELDT tests on a daily basis at the end of the day.  This is a District mandate, not one made by me.  However, I do need to clarify that the end of my day is at 3:45 p.m.  Nevertheless, I stay until 4:45 p.m., so I have no problem in receiving them at a later time.  But please understand that I really cannot stay much longer than 4:45 p.m. due to the fact that I must catch my train in order to get home (MEXICO) on time.  So effective immediately, all tests must be returned by 4:30 p.m.

In addition, let me remind you that these CELDT tests (booklets and answer sheets) have a coding number.  District counts every single test and monitors our use and our return of them.  The test may not be copied, reviewed, or discarded.  Unfortunately, one of the CELDT tests was thrown in a trash can.  This created our first irregularity for this test.  Please remember that ALL tests, wether it was given to an EO/IFEP/RFEP, vomited, stained with blood, ripped, etc. MUST be returned.  District will scan every barcode and hold us accountable for each test.  You can call me at Ext. 119 to assist you in the collection of any incident that you do not want to handle.  I'll be more than happy to assist.  Fortunately, after seconds of trash digging :), we were able to recoup the test and not reported as missing.

In conclusion, testing procedures can sometimes seem tedious, bizarre, and ridiculous.  They at times make no sense.  Nevertheless, these are high stake tests that provide the funding for our school and tie us by an affidavit to comply with them.  I thank you for your understanding and appreciate your support.  Please stop by if you have any questions.

LSS 13: Defenders Assemblies

This e-mail is to remind you that there are assemblies this Friday.  There are lessons that needed to be taught with students before.  All the information is on our Logan web page.  See you Friday.  Please be on time.

LSS 11: Williams Legislation Adopted Textbook Lists ES & MS

According to REF-6312 "Certification of Instructional Materials Sufficiency, Elementary Schools," the lists that can assist you in identifying any missing or insufficient instructional materials are attached.  Next year, it will be included in your Policy Handbook for your convenience.  I have also downloaded them to our school's web page.

Remember that Ms. Najera is providing us support in the textbook room.  If you need any books, please see her.  We might have them.  If not, Ms. Ramirez asked you to write it on the Williams Textbook Certification Form if it is a Williams textbook, or on the back for those items that are not.

See Ms. Ramirez if you have any questions.

LSS 10: MiSiS Attendance

MISIS is having a lot of issues.  Please take attendance using the 5-Column Roster.  Below is the latest e-mail that was sent to those on the server list:

The MiSiS team has been actively working to find the root cause of the performance issues that occurred today.  Users reported slow system response time, error messages, and not being able to log in.  At this time, the issue is still being worked on.  To avoid any more disruption during class time, all teachers should take attendance on paper for Friday, August 15.  When access is restored, teachers will be able to put attendance in for all days since the beginning of the school year.  A step by step guide will be provided.

LSS 09: CELDT Practice Materials

Remember to please PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE for the CELDT during your ELD time.  I have attached the first delivery of CELDT practice activities.    There are a lot of activities that you can choose from.  Please plan according to your classroom needs.

Kindergarten teachers do not need to worry about practicing.  The goal for new students is to see how much English proficiency they come with, and at what ELD level we will place them if the results classifies the students as an EL. The CELDT is an INITIAL, so no need to panic.

CELDT testing will begin VERY SOON for Kinder teachers, and in a couple of weeks for the rest of the staff.  All teachers are required by the District to administer the test to their students.  CELDT training is currently being planned.  I will give you more information as soon as Mr. Medina and I finalize all schedules.

Remember that I am here for support.  I will also begin to walk classrooms during ELD time to provide additional support.

Please do not hesitate to see me if you have any questions.  You know that you may also call me AT ANYTIME that you need my assistance. (323) 807-8071.

LSS 08: Interim Assessments

I just wanted to let you know that LAUSD will be calling the formal periodic assessments by a new name.  They will be now known as INTERIM ASSESSMENTS that are connected to the Common Core Standards.  These assessments are handled by the Office of Curriculum, Instruction, & School Support.  There will be THREE ELA Interim assessments this year for grades K-5 and two for grades 6-8.  More information to come.

LSS 07: Supplies & Class Rosters

Please note that unofficial rosters are ready for you to pick up in my office.  Please don't engrave these names in your heart as changes are still occurring.

In addition, Mr. Medina has provided me with tote bags for you.  The bags will be filled with beginning of the year supplies.  Please do not go to the supply room to pick up the following items as they will be provided to you on Monday, August 11, 2014:

  • Pencils
  • Student Erasers
  • Crayons
  • Pens (blue, black, & red)
  • Teacher Plan Book
  • Felt Markers
  • Staples
  • Paper Clips
  • Dry Erase Markers
  • Board Eraser
  • Scotch Tape
  • Post-its (small & regular)
  • Journal books
If you have already picked up items, please let me know so I can use the items for another teacher and not be left short of items.  If there are certain items from the list above that you don't want, let me know so I can refrain from adding them to your bag.  Items not mentioned on the list will be left for you to pick up/request on your own.

LSS 06: Letter Sent Via School Mail

This message is to inform you that a welcome to the new school year letter from the Principal will be sent to you via school mail on Monday.  Please be aware that you will receive your letter towards the end of next week.  Looking forward to seeing all of you.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us.

LSS 02: CCSS Envision Math Materials

Please note that additional CCSS Envision Math Supplemental topics will be ordered for grades 3 through 5.  Please make sure that as soon as you come back you let Ish know of any materials that are missing, or you might need.

LSS 01: MiSiS Introduction & Access Request

MiSiS (the My Integrated Student Information System) is the next generation of District's systems for entering, managing, analyzing, and reporting student data.  This system will be in place beginning on Tuesday, July 1, 2014.

MiSiS will also be the common grade book system for all schools.  Teachers will be required to use this system to input grades and more.  Step #1 for you is to request access by filling out EZ Access Request System.  Below are the steps to request access.  Please e-mail me when you have requested access in order to inventory and clear your name.  I will be calling you on July 29, 2014 if I have not received a response from you.
  • On the EZ Access Main Menu screen, click the LAUSD Employees link or LAUSD logon.
  • On the EZ Access Login screen, type your District Single Sign-On Username and Password in the appropriate boxes (the same used for LAUSD email, Learning Zone, etc.) and click Log In.
  • On the EZ Access Application Selection screen, click the MiSiS logo.
  • The application will automatically display some of your employee information in several fields. You must enter information in any required fields (boxes marked with the red* asterisks).
  • Based on your school type (elementary or secondary), use the dropdown menu to select a user role. For now, you can apply for only one user role: Teacher. You must click the Add button after the Teacher user role is selected. The roles will then appear in the Selected Roles box.
  • Read the Confidentiality Agreement carefully, and click the I agree checkbox to indicate that you understand your responsibility to protect student information. In the Electronic Signature box, type your SSO username and click Submit.
  • You will receive both an on-screen and email confirmation of your application.

Thank you friends.  Please feel free to call me if you need assistance or you have any questions.

LSS 00: Logan Span School E-mails

In order to make it easy for you and our Logan family members retrieve e-mails, I've decided to use a simple system for e-mail distribution coming from the CP Office.  Beginning with the first informative e-mail, I will add the following information to the Subject line:

Abbreviation of our school (Logan Span School = LSS) + E-Mail's Sequential Number + Colon (:) + Subject of e-mail.  For example, our first e-mail will have this in the SUBJECT line:

LSS 01: MiSiS Introduction & Requesting

All LSS announcements will be placed in the announcements section of our Logan Span School's web page.

162: Last Day of Work

The last day of school for students will be on Thursday, June 4, 2015.  However, all teachers will participate in their Pupil Free day on Friday, June 5, 2015 from 7:40 a.m. to 2:34 p.m.  The agenda will be posted later this week.  Teacher assistants will also be working on Friday, June 5, 2015 to complete their year.
